Job Summary
Manage your own fleet as an owner-operator driving Sprinter vans or small straight trucks over-the-road and locally. Select loads via our mobile app for OTR, regional, or local hauls while maintaining full schedule flexibility with no forced dispatch. Earn competitive pay based on commodity, weight, and location, receiving transparent weekly payments through ACH. Maintain required insurance coverage and utilize our 24/7 tracking support and HR assistance for any operational issues.
Required Qualifications
- Must own a Sprinter Van or Small Straight Truck (GVWR under 10,000 lbs) with minimum inside dimensions of 130x50x60 inches
- The truck should be registered under your name or a direct family member (parent or child)
- At least 6 months of driving experience
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Commercial insurance with $1,000,000 for Auto Liability and $100,000 for Motor Cargo, with an unlimited radius of operations
- No active DOT or MC numbers
