Job Summary
Deliver heavy and bulky items (up to 85 lbs.) to customer homes using company cargo vans while following all traffic and safety laws. Provide excellent customer service, use handheld devices for navigation and routing, and support teammates with rescues or additional deliveries as required. Work local routes that ensure you are home every night, with full-time seasonal opportunities available. This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $22.75 with overtime at $34.13 after 40 hours, plus comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and PTO redeemable as cash. Candidates must be 21+ with a valid U.S. driver's license, possess a clean driving record, and have basic English proficiency. Required Qualifications
- Age 21+
- Valid U.S. drivers license (Class A/C/E/F No CDL needed)
- Clean and responsible driving history
- Basic English proficiency for teamwork and customer interaction
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test
- Able to lift and move heavy packages with a partner
- Ability to deliver heavy & bulky items (50-85 lbs.)
- Ability to work with a supportive, safety-focused crew
- Ability to work independently on the road
- Ability to use handheld devices for navigation, routing, and delivery management
- Ability to use handheld technology for navigation, scanning, and customer updates
