Cargo Operations Agent

Oversee cargo build-up and breakdown while coordinating with Customer Service and handling agents to ensure all cargo moves as booked. Monitor transfer of cargo to interline partners and trucks, track station ULD stock, and reposition excess units back to SIN. Provide guidance to agents on SQ operational SOPs, follow up on daily emails, and perform cargo invoice verification for payment at SFO and ANC stations. Prepare turnover of significant activities for the next shift. Staff must be SQ DG CBTA certified. Experience in air freight warehouse operations and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are required. Ability to manage operational issues under pressure and work irregular hours, including weekends, is essential.
