Job Summary

Direct installation and integration of Smiths-related systems at customer sites, including airports, ports, and correctional facilities. Lead the service installation team for FSTs and TSTs, managing daily safety standups, equipment inventory, and radiation surveys. Coordinate with contractors and program managers to ensure MEP/RPM/HE rail installations complete on time and on budget. Conduct IQI site testing, commission equipment per the Site Acceptance Test Plan, and manage de-mobilization of tools. Travel extensively, working 2 to 3 weeks out of the month per site, while maintaining full responsibility for system mechanics, electronics, and safety protocols.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or country specific equivalency in engineering or related discipline
Advanced degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years experience in a technical field or industry
Minimum of 5 years prior experience in cargo business
Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the system mechanics, electronics, and safety systems of the product
All SDI service safety training
Specialized product specific Service Maintenance training
Trained as an alternate Radiation Safety Officer (RSO)
Ability to travel regularly
Travel initiative estimated at 60%
