Cargo Flow Optimisation Operator

As Cargo Flow Optimisation Operator, you will execute and manage cargo movement across hub ports, monitor vessel schedules and respond to operational deviations, handle cargo contingencies to minimize customer impact, support service performance tracking and continuous improvement initiatives, assist in validating terminal operational charges and resolving discrepancies, and contribute to maintaining efficient yard flow and overall hub readiness. The role emphasizes collaboration within a global team, strong communication and stakeholder management, a proactive mindset, comfort with shifts and multiple data systems, and the ability to prioritize and work effectively as part of a team.
