Job Summary
Repair and maintain ground service equipment for airline operations, including tugs, belt loaders, pushbacks, trucks, and related gear. Perform advanced maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, diagnose issues with test equipment, and document work performed. Inspect and service equipment with fuels, water, oil, hydraulic fluid, and compressed air; log parts and describe work performed. Ensure safety and quality per manufacturer guidelines and industry standards, while exemplifying PrimeFlight customer service. Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds, work in varied environments, and communicate effectively in English. Eligible to obtain required credentials/clearances (FAA, RAIC, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs, U.S. Postal- as applicable). Equal opportunity employer. Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment
- 3 years of verified experience
- Must provide their own tools and toolbox
- Must hold a valid driver's license
- Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically (IPads/Tablets, Computers, Mobile Devices)
- Demonstrate ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Credential/clearance eligibility (FAA, RAIC, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs, U.S. Postal- as applicable)
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
