Job Summary
Process claims and manage the Amelia Cargo customer portal, ensuring all rates are adjusted per contractual deadlines. Monitor SLA credits, prevent claim duplication, and provide customers with rate, routing, and acceptance information. Manage cargo contracts, including price changes and adjustments, while assisting with negotiations and fuel calculations. Create and edit reports using Power BI, WOR reports, and Amelia data to support the Director, VP, and Operations Manager. Complete morning audits, month-end reports, and backend system management tasks. Maintain security clearance and oversee Canada Post screening processes for all cargo employees.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Ability to read and write
- Basic math skills
- Ability to effectively communicate orally and written
- Proficiency with computers (MS Office)
- Financial Knowledge
- Excellent use of Microsoft Excel and Power BI
- Excellent listening skills with ability to follow direction
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
- Excellent organizational skills
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able obtain and maintain an enhanced security clearance
- Must have own transportation to and from work
Desired Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in related field
- Previous experience & knowledge in warehousing, receiving and inventory control
- Inuktitut and/or Inuinnaqtun language
- Inuit Land Claims Beneficiary
