Caretaker

Handle minor maintenance items throughout the complex and clean and maintain common areas. Keep the grounds, parking lots, and buildings in the best state of repair and cleanliness by picking up paper, garbage, and debris. Enforce the rules and regulations of the complex and clean and touch-up paint units upon turnovers. Assist with the turnover of vacant units, including cleaning and preparing them for new residents. This part-time role supports INH Properties' management of 8,000+ multifamily units across Minnesota and Iowa.
