Job Summary

Coordinate the implementation of MEDITECH EMR application areas, including Planning, Build, Go-Live, and Post-Go-Live Stabilization. Manage assigned functional domains such as clinical, financial, or training activities by leading vendor communications, conducting testing, and overseeing data conversion. Facilitate workflow redesigns, maintain project documentation, and monitor progress against deadlines while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external teams. Serve as the primary liaison between Rome Health, MEDITECH, and third-party vendors to ensure successful project outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a healthcare, business, education, information technology, or related field
  • Demonstrated project management, organizational, and coordination skills
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and meet aggressive deadlines
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams without direct supervisory authority
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with individuals at all organizational levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to organize complex projects and maintain detailed documentation
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to develop project plans and support targeted training initiatives
  • Clinical background or strong knowledge of clinical and ancillary healthcare operations
  • Understanding of clinical workflows and interdisciplinary communication
  • Financial or administrative background or strong knowledge of healthcare financial operations
  • Understanding of revenue cycle, patient access, accounting, supply chain, or health information management processes
  • Background in education, training, instructional design, organizational development, or healthcare administration
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and user readiness initiatives

Desired Qualifications

  • equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
  • Experience working with physicians, nursing, and ancillary departments preferred
  • Experience coordinating training programs, educational initiatives, or testing activities preferred
