Job Summary
Own the claims process for assigned offices by submitting and managing insurance claims to ensure maximum reimbursement. Resolve claim denials by drafting appeals with supporting documentation and post payments while pulling electronic funds transfers and generating financial reports. Ensure proper claim documentation by attaching narratives, images, and chart notes. Attend weekly client meetings to provide updates and address billing concerns. This role requires at least one year of dental billing experience and proficiency with CareStack practice management software. Full-time or part-time earnings are available with a commission structure ranging from $40,000 to $80,000+ annually. Work is performed 100% remotely with some daytime availability required.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of Dental Billing experience
- High school or equivalent education
Desired Qualifications
- Two years of Dental Billing experience
- Comfortable using CareStack practice management software
- Comfortable using Google Suite
- A positive, solutions-oriented approach to challenges
- Strong accuracy, compliance, and documentation skills
