CareScout Connection Representative handles inbound and outbound calls to connect care seekers with appropriate long-term care providers, identifies suitable care options based on provider capabilities and pricing, negotiates pricing with providers as needed, and educates families about CareScout services, while documenting interactions and supporting multiple tasks in a fast-paced, compassionate environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years call center experience
- Experience in Long Term Care, geriatric care, home health, or sensitivity to the needs of seniors
- Outstanding customer service, active listening, and verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office and computer applications
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet qualitative and quantitative targets
