Job Summary
Provide personal care assistance including showering, dressing, grooming, and feeding to residents while supporting mobility and physical needs. Offer companionship and emotional support to ensure the physical comfort and emotional health of residents in a caring environment. Monitor and document residents' progress to meet their needs and preferences, working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver person-centred care. Maintain a positive and inclusive environment within the facility while upholding Anglicare's values of integrity, justice, compassion, and excellence.
Required Qualifications
- A Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support or equivalent qualification
- a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
- An NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance ID
- All required qualifications must be recognised under the Australian Qualifications Framework
