Job Summary
Carelon Account Executive III will serve as the primary client lead supporting Nevada’s 988 Crisis Call Response system, overseeing a statewide behavioral health program that operates 24/7/365. The role partners with state and community stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of crisis services, including crisis call centers, mobile crisis dispatch, stabilization resources, and follow-up care. Responsibilities include achieving client retention, developing account plans, identifying cross-sell opportunities to meet gross margin and EBITDA targets, using account performance data to inform regional growth, leading client meetings and RFPs/rebids, serving as the key client contact for executive teams, coaching Account Managers, and communicating the value proposition to C-suite leadership. Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 8 years in sales/account management, strategy, or sales support operations; MBA or related master’s degree preferred. Must reside in Nevada and be the primary point of contact for the state Department. Travel approximately 20% and salary range is $135,240 to $202,860 for Nevada locations.
