Job Summary

Carelon Account Executive III responsible for account management retention within an assigned book of business. Leads client meetings, identifies client strategy, and develops deep familiarity with contracts, products, service levels, and KPIs. Drives cross-sell/upsell opportunities to achieve gross margin, P&L and EBITDA targets; leverages account performance data to inform regional growth strategy; coaches Account Managers; leads communications with C-suite and negotiates contract terms. Requires BA/BS and 8+ years in sales/account management or related roles; residency in Pennsylvania within commuting distance of Elevance Health PulsePoint office. Hybrid work arrangement: in-office 3 days/week with flexibility for alternate locations within commuting distance; vaccination compliance may apply for certain roles.

Required Qualifications

  • BA/BS required
  • minimum 8 years of experience in sales/account management, strategy, or sales support operations or equivalent
  • reside in Pennsylvania and within reasonable commuting distance of Elevance Health PulsePoint office
