Job Summary
Senior Helpers Northern Orange County is hiring empathetic caregivers who are passionate about providing compassionate care for seniors. Benefits include bi-weekly pay, sick and PTO days, ongoing training, and opportunities for career growth.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of caregiving experience; professional or caring for a loved one
- Active HCA Registration (Home Care Aide) preferred
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance
- Valid TB test (or willing to get one)
- Must be on the California State Registry (or willing to sign up) - HCA
- Proficient communication skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks as assigned
- Caring and compassionate nature with professional attitude & presentation
- Excellent English verbal & written communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, home care, assisted living, independent living, home health, medical assistance, or nursing assistance is a plus
- Multiple language speakers are highly sought
Additional Requirements
- Comfortable assisting with ADLs, mobility, and personal care
