Job Summary
Provide in-home personal care to clients in Crossville and Cookeville, including grooming, bathing, dressing, and meal preparation; offer companionship and emotional support; perform light housekeeping; monitor clients’ health and report changes to nursing staff or family; follow care plans to ensure safety and well-being. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent preferred, ability to communicate effectively, and reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license; must pass background check.
