Job Summary
Provide non-medical in-home care to seniors, including companionship and social engagement, plus assistance with ADLs, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders. Establish professional relationships with clients, family members, and coworkers; adhere to office policies; and ensure reliable care by being punctual and covering shifts. Requires CNA license (Florida) or certified HHA (Florida), First Aid & CPR, TB test, and Level 2 background clearance. Hoyer Lift experience is a plus. Benefits include $16.50–$18.00 hourly pay, W2 employment, flexible schedules (short shifts, day, evenings, weekends), online training, and 24/7 RN/office support. Location: Indian Harbour Beach, Florida. Per diem, short shifts, and sign-on bonuses mentioned; typical in-home caregiver duties and memory-care experience required.
Required Qualifications
- CNA License (Florida) or certified HHA (Florida) required
- Current FIRST AID & CPR certification
- Current TB (negative PPD results) in the last 6 months
- Pass criminal record and Level 2 background in AHCA clearinghouse
- Reliable transportation/Valid driver’s license
