Job Summary
Provide in-home care to older adults including personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting), mobility and transfer support, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and reminders to take medications. Offer companionship and emotional support, accompany clients to appointments, and follow individualized care plans while communicating with the care team. Utilize driving/transportation as needed; monitor client conditions and report changes. Requires at least 3 months of caregiving experience, English proficiency, and successful completion of background check and TB screening. Reliable transportation is a plus. Training and ongoing education provided via Right at Home University and CEUs; flexible schedules with locations near the caregiver’s home.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 months caregiving experience
- Genuine compassion for older adults
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Must pass background check and TB screening
