Job Summary
Assist clients with personal care, hygiene, and meal preparation while performing light housekeeping and accompanying them on outings. Manage medication reminders, facilitate ambulation and transportation, and provide companionship to clients dealing with medical illnesses or age-related complications. Follow established care plans and complete required documentation and charting for all services provided. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling with shifts ranging from 4 to 12 hours, PPE provided, and opportunities for ongoing shifts to build close relationships with clients. Required Qualifications
- Certified Care Aide Certificate or equivalent
- Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
- Ability to travel around location territory
