Job Summary
Care Assistant needed for private in-home care to support seniors in the KC Metro area. Responsibilities include personal care and hygiene assistance, meal preparation, light housekeeping, accompanying clients on outings, shopping/errands, medication reminders, ambulation and transporting of clients, providing companionship, following care plans, and documentation/charting. Must be compassionate, able to travel within the location territory, have reliable transportation and access to internet/mobile phone, and be able to commit to assigned shifts. Shifts range from 3 to 12 hours with flexible scheduling; training is provided. Benefits include daily pay option, performance bonuses, dental and vision insurance, and wellness resources. Training and ongoing shifts help build relationships with clients.
