Job Summary
Caregivers needed to provide hands-on, bedbound client care in Downtown Nashville area. Responsibilities include personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, hygiene), safe positioning and mobility to prevent pressure sores, companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, hydration monitoring, health observation and reporting changes, medication reminders, skin care monitoring, transportation to appointments, and adherence to care plans. Must have 5+ years caregiving experience, experience with personal care and blood sugar support, a valid driver’s license, background/drug screenings, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to document care provided, and collaborate with a care team are essential. Flexible full-time or part-time opportunities available; downtown Nashville location with Brentwood option listed as additional area. Compensation ranges from $17.00 to $27.00 per hour, with benefits and meaningful, client-centered care emphasized.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 year caregiving experience
- Experience with personal care and blood sugar support
- Valid driver’s license
- Current car insurance
- Reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass a comprehensive 15-year background check
- Ability to pass a drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent
