Job Summary
Companion Caregivers provide non-medical support and companionship to clients in their homes in Conway, AR, focusing on social interaction and light household assistance. Responsibilities include spending quality time with clients through conversations and activities, providing safe transportation and accompaniment to appointments and outings, assisting with light meal planning and preparation, light housekeeping, reminding clients to take medications, encouraging engagement in hobbies and daily routines, documenting visits and notable observations, and assisting with activities of daily living as needed. Shifts include days (e.g., 12p-6p), evenings and nights (e.g., 7p-1a), with weekends available. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
