Job Summary
Caregivers needed to provide in-home care for seniors in Maple Falls, Custer, Birch Bay, Blaine, Lynden, Everson, and Nooksack (WA). Responsibilities include meal preparation, stand-by assistance, medication reminders and assistance, companionship, light housekeeping, driving clients to appointments and errands, and personal care such as showering and grooming. Must be licensed as a CNA/HCA or have completed 70 hours of basic training with a pending HCA program; Nurse Delegation certification is a plus. Flexible schedule with competitive base pay ($22.00–$23.50 per hour) and a benefits package (medical, dental, vision; 401k with employer match; PTO; tuition reimbursement; mileage reimbursement; scholarships; commuter benefits; referral bonuses; training). Must be able to reliably commute to clients and pass background checks. US work eligibility required.
Required Qualifications
- Active HCA or CNA license valid in the State of Washington OR completion of 70 hours of Basic Training with pending HCA training program
- Nurse Delegation certification a plus
- Reliable transportation to client locations
- Ability to pass criminal background check
- Excellent communication via phone/email/text
- Experience in caregiving preferred
