Provide personal care, household support, and companion care services to help adults maintain safety and independence at home. Follow a written plan of care by a registered nurse to assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, and toileting. Deliver meal preparation, vital sign checks, and medication reminders while supporting range of motion exercises and ambulation. Utilize mechanical lifting devices for transfers and light housekeeping tasks. Work flexible full-time, part-time, per-diem, or on-call schedules across Williamsburg, Toano, Yorktown, Poquoson, Newport News, and Hampton.
