Job Summary
BrightStar Care of Lansing seeks individuals with caregiver or home health aide experience for part-time caregiver roles. Responsibilities include accompanying clients to appointments, assisting with personal care such as bathing and dressing, and documenting changes in clients' conditions. Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, adhere to HIPAA, and successfully pass a drug screen and background check. Required Qualifications

- Valid Driver’s License and auto insurance
- Ability to adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality
- Negative drug screen and background check
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Physical ability to assist clients and lift up to 50 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Experience providing care for older adults
- Ability to accompany clients to appointments
- Proficient in providing personal care assistance
