Job Summary

Deliver comprehensive in-home care for clients ranging from companionship and meal preparation to personal hygiene, mobility assistance, and dementia support. Provide hands-on help with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, toileting, and incontinence care while maintaining client dignity and safety. Execute approved care plans that may involve transferring clients, using mechanical lifts, and monitoring blood glucose levels. Complete accurate real-time documentation of all services and report any changes in condition or safety concerns immediately. Maintain a clean environment and assist with approved errands or transportation when authorized. Remain fully awake and attentive throughout shifts, including overnight rotations, and adhere to strict attendance and clock-in/out procedures.
