Job Summary
Engage and supervise clients with developmental disabilities for safety, assist with behavioral activities, chores, homework, and routine maintenance, and provide before and after school care. Deliver hygiene care and personal assistance as needed, adapting to different levels of client support. Maintain the client and family routine through daily engagement. Candidates must be 18+, possess six months of verifiable experience, and hold current TB, physical, CPR, and First Aid certifications. Weekly pay starts at $19.00 per hour, with a $200 sign-on bonus available.
Required Qualifications
- 18+ years old
- 6+ months of verifiable professional experience in the field
- Ability to pass a background check and reference check
- Current TB test, Physical, CPR and First Aid certification (valid within 30 days of hire)
- Must be comfortable providing different levels of personal care
