Job Summary
Assist residents with activities of daily living, provide compassionate and respectful care, and observe changes to report to the RCC and nurse. Support residents' dignity, comfort, and safety at all times while maintaining a positive attitude and strong communication skills. Work independently and as part of a team across day, swing, or graveyard shifts, obtaining required CPR and Food Handler certifications within 14 days. Join a small, close-knit community in Hyrum, Utah, backed by full support from administration, housekeeping, maintenance, activities, and dietary departments.
Required Qualifications
