Job Summary
Provide personal care services, household support, and companion care to adults following a registered nurse's plan of care. Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, and toileting, while preparing meals and performing light housekeeping. Support patient mobility through range of motion exercises, ambulation assistance, and transfers using mechanical lifting devices. Remind clients of medication schedules and help maintain independence at home. Travel to clients' homes in Lancaster, Indian Land, Chester, and Rock Hill areas as assigned. Flexible schedules available for full-time, part-time, per-diem, and on-call roles with weekly pay.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to travel to clients' homes as assigned
- Previous home health care or patient care welcomed, but not required
