Job Summary
Provide personal care services, household support, and companion care to adults following a written plan of care. Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, and toileting, while preparing meals and administering medication reminders. Support mobility through range of motion exercises and ambulation assistance, utilizing mechanical lifting devices as needed. Travel to clients' homes in Lancaster, Indian Land, Chester, and Rock Hill areas as assigned. Flexible schedules available for full-time, part-time, per-diem, and on-call roles with weekly pay.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to travel to clients' homes as assigned
- Previous home health care or patient care welcomed, but not required
