Job Summary
Caregiver / Personal Care Aide provides non-medical support and companionship to seniors and individuals with disabilities or chronic illnesses. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility), companionship, light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, transfers and safe movement, medication reminders (non-medical), accompanying clients to appointments and activities, observing changes and reporting to supervisor, and following care plans. Preferred CPR/First Aid, Alzheimer’s/Dementia care training, QMAP, CNA or HHA certification; bilingual abilities are a plus. Flexible schedules available including full-time, part-time, live-in, overnight, and PRN. Requires reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license; ability to lift 25–50 lbs. Compensation includes competitive hourly pay, 401K with company matching, weekly pay, and ongoing training. Equal Opportunity Employer.
