Job Summary
Assist clients with activities of daily living including personal hygiene, dressing, cooking, cleaning, mobility, errands, and transportation. Provide comfort, companionship, and peace of mind to seniors and adults in their homes. This flexible part-time role offers morning, afternoon, evening, or overnight shifts in Oakland and surrounding areas. Compensation is $20–$22 per hour with weekly pay, plus benefits like mileage reimbursement, employee discounts, and referral bonuses. Candidates must be a Registered Home Care Aide in California, 18 or older, and have a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Home Care Aide (HCA) with the State of California
- 18 years of age or older
- Willingness to travel to client homes
Desired Qualifications

- Reliable transportation, vehicle with auto insurance preferred
- Previous caregiving experience preferred
