Job Summary
Provide quality, one-on-one care to your assigned client in a home setting, assisting with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting. Support mobility, transfers, and fall prevention while preparing meals and maintaining a safe, clean environment. Follow the client's individualized care plan, observe health changes, and communicate professionally with the client, family, and care team. Compensation is $18–$19 per hour with 21+ hours available. Candidates must be 18+, located in or able to commute to Indianapolis, IN, and have their own client requiring caregiving services. Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or Personal Care Aide is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have your own client who requires caregiving services
- Must be located in or able to reliably commute to Indianapolis, Indiana
- Must be willing to complete required company onboarding and documentation
Desired Qualifications
- Previous caregiving, Home Health Aide (HHA), Personal Care Aide (PCA), or similar experience
- Genuine compassion, patience, and empathy for individuals receiving care
- Ability to assist with physical tasks, including mobility and transfers
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent client care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow care plans and company policies
- CPR/First Aid certification
