Job Summary
Assist residents with ADL tasks and daily living needs in an Assisted Living and Memory Care setting. Provide support with housekeeping, bed making, meals, personal laundry, showers, toileting, dressing/undressing, oral and hair care, and safe transfers/ambulation per the resident service plan. Maintain a safe, clean environment; monitor residents for changes in condition and report them to the supervisor. Complete required health screenings, background checks, and post-offer requirements to support licensing regulations. Training is provided and benefits are offered; the role is fully in-person at the Morgan Hill community.
Required Qualifications
- Compassionate and committed CAREGIVER
- Assist residents with ADL tasks and personal care
- Ensure safety and cleanliness of environment
- Observe residents for safety and report changes to supervisor
- Criminal record clearance prior to initial presence
- Pass health screens (Physical, TB, Drug test)
- Current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire
