Job Summary
Caregiver role at Westmont Living focused on assisting residents with ADL tasks (housekeeping, making beds, serving meals, personal laundry, showers, toileting, dressing/undressing, oral care, hair care, transfers and ambulation) and maintaining a safe, clean environment. Responsibilities include observing residents for safety, reporting changes to the supervisor, and supporting memory-care and assisted-living residents within Culver City’s Westmont Living community. Required Qualifications
- Criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community
- Health screen such as TB test and drug test
- Current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire
- Post-offer employment physical and licensing-regulation related checks (physical, TB test, drug testing, fingerprinting/background check, reference checks)
