Job Summary
Provide routine resident care including personal care, meal support, mobility assistance, and hygiene. Observe residents to alert staff to changes and offer conversation and companionship. Assist with toileting, bathing, dressing, and feeding while performing light cleaning and linen changes. Document results of patient/resident care within established policies and procedures. Maintain a caring attitude and good judgment in all situations. This role is part of a 28-bed not-for-profit assisted living facility in Stevens Point, Wisconsin.
Required Qualifications
- Must always maintain a caring attitude towards residents and be capable of good judgment in all situations
- Must be 16 years or older
- Must have transportation to and from the facility
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Caregiver or CNA in a long-term care setting
