Job Summary
Conduct companionship, assist with activities of daily living including bathing and dressing, and facilitate transportation to appointments and events. Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and support recreational tasks such as crafting and exercising. Remind clients of medication schedules and run errands while utilizing paid drive time and mileage reimbursement. Work flexible PRN shifts between 7pm Friday and 7am Monday with a starting pay of $16.50/hour plus weekend differential. Prior caregiving experience is preferred, along with a valid driver's license and dependable transportation. Circle of Life Personal Care serves the Northwest Arkansas community with non-medical care, respite, and hospice services.
Required Qualifications
- Must have valid and current driver's license or the ability to access reliable transportation
- Able to meet pre-employment screening criteria

- Prior caregiving experience preferred
- Demonstrates compassion and an ability to build rapport with clients
- Able to work independently and demonstrate dependable work habits
