Job Summary
Provide companionship, assist with bathing, dressing, and toileting, transport clients to appointments, run errands, prepare meals, and help with light housekeeping. Remind clients of medication schedules and support recreational activities like crafting and exercising. Work flexible PRN shifts between 7pm Friday and 7am Monday with a starting pay of $16.50/hour plus weekend differential. Valid driver's license required for transportation duties. Circle of Life Personal Care offers paid drive time, mileage reimbursement, and education assistance up to $2,500 annually to support caregivers in delivering non-medical care in Northwest Arkansas.
Required Qualifications
- Must have valid and current driver's license or the ability to access reliable transportation
- Able to meet pre-employment screening criteria
