Job Summary
Weekend Caregiver position providing one-on-one in-home care for seniors and adults, with shifts on weekends (morning and evening) and additional weekday opportunities. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, mobility, transfers, companionship, accompanying to appointments, light housekeeping and meal prep, and reporting changes to the Director of Nursing, while following individualized care plans and maintaining client dignity and independence. Requires CNA or HHA certification, HS diploma or GED, CPR, TB test or chest X-ray, valid driver's license with reliable vehicle, English proficiency, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Required Qualifications
- Current CNA certification or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
- Minimum of one year of caregiving experience preferred
- High School Diploma or GED
- Current CPR certification
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to lift, transfer, and assist clients as needed (up to 50 pounds)
- Commitment to maintaining HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality
