Job Summary
Provide companionship and emotional support while assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and safe mobility transfers. Accompany clients to appointments, run errands, and drive client vehicles when authorized. Observe and report changes in client condition while following individualized care plans. This role offers flexible full-time and part-time scheduling with weekly pay, paid time off, and health benefits. Mileage reimbursement is available between client visits. Candidates must own a reliable personal vehicle with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must own and regularly have access to a reliable personal vehicle
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance required
- Ability to pass required background screenings
Desired Qualifications
- Prior caregiving, home care, healthcare, or personal care experience strongly preferred
- CNA certification preferred but not required
- Experience assisting clients with mobility needs, transfers, or Hoyer lifts is a plus
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
