Job Summary
Caregiver position at Our Community in Harlingen, TX. Responsibilities include assisting residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility), encouraging participation in activities, providing companionship, light meal preparation and service, light housekeeping, and helping with medications as needed. Requires excellent customer service, empathy, patience, and a compassionate approach. Training is on-the-job and no prior experience is required.
