Job Summary
Resident Care Partner role involving direct care and companionship for residents, with housekeeping duties to keep living spaces clean and safe, planning and engaging in leisure activities to foster socialization, assisting the Dining Services Department with related tasks, and helping with activities of daily living such as grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, and transferring to activities and meals. Requires a high school diploma (preferred) or equivalent, and certification requirements may include First Aid and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certifications as dictated by state regulations; ongoing education and licensure maintenance are expected. Strong communication skills and dedication to resident well-being are essential. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma preferred or equivalent
- First Aid Certification may be required by state
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification and state certifications as required by state

- Experience in a similar care facility desirable
