Job Summary
Caregiver role providing compassionate in-home support to seniors in Southern Pines and surrounding areas. Responsibilities include light housekeeping, meal preparation, mobility assistance, transportation for appointments, medication reminders, personal care, and companionship. Opportunities for advancement through training in dementia and Alzheimer’s care. Must be able to assist with mobility, perform routine exercises, and report incidents promptly. Positions available as Full Time or Part Time with 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts; benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, PPE, holiday pay, and weekly pay. Ideal candidates demonstrate empathy, strong communication, reliability, time management, and a commitment to health and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid
- Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints
- Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
- Respectful and compassionate

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

- Physical endurance
