Job Summary
Provide direct patient care in clients' homes as an in-home Caregiver. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing), aiding mobility through transfers and positioning, offering companionship and emotional support, recording and maintaining care documentation, assisting with feeding and hydration, and communicating effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team. Requires compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature, strong communication skills, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and availability to work weekends and holidays. CPR training provided; benefits include paid training, 401K with company match, and opportunities for ongoing training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous healthcare experience
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work weekends & holidays as needed
- Must pass a background check
