Job Summary
Caregiver providing direct in-home patient care, assisting residents with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing), mobility transfers/positioning, hydration and feeding, and documenting daily activities. Provides emotional support and companionship, communicates with residents’ families and healthcare team, and participates in ongoing training including CPR certification. Shifts include day/afternoon, with availability for weekends and holidays as needed; pay is $16-18/hour; benefits include paid training, 401K with company match, and benefits for full-time employees.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in-home care experience
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must pass a background check
