Job Summary
Provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and household management. Develop and implement customized care plans in collaboration with clients and their families while maintaining accurate records of services provided. Promote independence, dignity, and well-being by communicating effectively with families and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills. This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $16 - $18 and includes part-time and full-time shift options.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition clients as needed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
