Job Summary
Support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including autism, in group homes and waiver settings by assisting with personal hygiene, eating, dressing, bathing, toileting, and developmental goals like budgeting and nutrition. Help participants engage in community activities and manage behavioral challenges while maintaining a calm, patient presence. Provide cooking and cleaning services as needed. Requires a valid driver's license, access to a registered vehicle, and six months of experience in human services or direct care. Full-time roles available with daytime and overnight shifts, offering $14.75 hourly pay with on-demand options and a comprehensive benefits package.
