Job Summary
Caregiver position at Our Community in Long Creek Assisted Living and Memory Care. Responsibilities include assisting residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility), encouraging engagement and social participation, assisting with meal preparation and light housekeeping, coordinating medication reminders, and maintaining a home-like environment. Requires empathy, excellent customer service, and a compassionate demeanor. Training provided on the job; prior caregiving experience is beneficial but not required. Located in Aledo, TX with state-regulation screening and residency in the state of operation.
