Caregiver

Caregiver position responsible for providing routine daily care and services to residents as per care plans, including assistance with Activities of Daily Living (bathing, grooming, dressing), nail care, incontinent care, mobility assistance, monitoring and reporting changes in condition, maintaining a clean environment, meal setup and feeding, vital signs, and safe transportation to activities. Requires ability to follow safety and infection control procedures, document care on flow sheets, and communicate with LPN/Nurse Supervisor. High school diploma or equivalent preferred; long-term health care experience as a Nursing Assistant preferred. Strong teamwork, empathy, and professional demeanor are essential; ability to pass drug screen and background check. Location: Fort Oglethorpe, GA.
