Job Summary
Caregiver at The Residence at Otter Creek in Middlebury, VT. Part-Time and Per Diem positions with weekend availability. Provides resident care including personal care, medication assistance per the service plan, cognitive stimulation, and emotional support to seniors. Responsibilities include documenting services, assisting with activities of daily living, escorting residents to meals/engagement, completing orientation and ongoing training, and ensuring safety and independence of residents. Requires CNA certification or equivalent training, CPR/First Aid, and compliance with state regulations. Wage band: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour based on experience.
Required Qualifications
- Must have completed the course for certified nursing assistant or equivalent training as required by State Regulation
- CPR and First Aid training as mandated by the State employed
- Current license/certification as required by State Regulation and provide copies to the Resident Care Director or designee
